Ground Breaking NEWS As many of you already know North Central Kansas Technical College has been working with Ditch Witch of Kansas and Charles Machine Works of Perry, Oklahoma in the creation of a training center for workforce development in the career fields of Horizontal Directional Drilling, Utility Locator training and Fluid Mixing.
